Where do you ship to, and how much does delivery cost?

EU DELIVERY - FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €100
USA DELIVERY - FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $200
REST OF WORLD DELIVERY - FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £100
Can I return an order if I change my mind?
Of course, simply send it back to us in it’s original condition within 14 days, filling out the form as to why the product was unsatisfactory and we will give you a full refund.
What makes Concept Store Y different?
Not only do we bring you all the best designers we also offer you the chance to try a sample at home for free and provide same day delivery!
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes, if you send us an email to email@example.com requesting gift wrapping and your order number.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, we want to ensure that you receive your order safely so this will require a signature on arrival
Can I pick up my order at one of your stores?
If you would rather pick up in store you can for free. In this instance we would advise making your order over the phone so that we can process this separately.
What happens if an item I’ve ordered is actually unavailable?
Sadly we cannot always guarantee the products will be available. If the item ordered becomes unavailable or delayed, we will immediately notify you by e-mail or telephone. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship, and we do not charge you for items that are not available.

Order processing takes between 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. This will exclude all weekends and bank holidays. Shipping rates will depend on weight and destination upon ordering.
How do I track my package online?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number when the item is shipped. Once your order has shipped from our store, please directly contact your courier with any enquiries about the status of your package.
Concept Store Y is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.
