WHERE IS THE DELIVERY FROM?
In most instances delivery will be from stock held in Concept Store Y, Soho branch.
Where the piece is not available in-store, your item may need to be requested from the designer. This will be marked on the product page and you may need to allow some additional time for delivery.
CAN I COLLECT IN STORE?
You can choose to collect the item from Concept Store Y. There is no delivery charge for this option.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
We recommend you contact us or your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
After ordering, if you are unhappy with your order in any way then the items can be returned or exchanged hassle-free.
Please contact us via phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund.
All returns should be sent back to us and in the original packaging provided.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all Concept Store Y and/or designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
You will be required to cover the shipping costs of the return to our store unless the item is faulty
Before your order leaves our store, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.
Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods which have been made to order, earrings or underwear.
If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information please contact our customer service.
